MCO is Orlando International Airport. Enter the airport, hotel address, arrival date and flight information in the booking flow. Pickup instructions come with your reservation; follow those instructions for the assigned terminal and meeting point.

Traveling with children or a group?

Include all travelers, suitcases and car-seat requirements before selecting a vehicle. Do not assume that the maximum passenger count also leaves room for every large suitcase. The booking provider confirms the offered configuration.

Plan the return as carefully as the arrival

Use your flight’s departure time, airline recommendations and the day’s traffic when selecting a return pickup. Park closing time is not a reliable substitute for a departure plan.

MCO, Sanford and the right Universal arrival

SABERLANE operates these private transfers. MCO is Orlando International Airport; Sanford (SFB) is a different airport. Use the airport on your ticket for each direction. A Universal hotel, CityWalk and Epic Universe can require different addresses, so choose the actual destination from the booking form.

From flight arrival to the vehicle

Provide flight details when available and keep the operator informed of changes. Collect your luggage and follow the meeting instructions confirmed for your reservation. The terminal meeting point and the place where you board the vehicle are not necessarily the same; follow the driver’s directions.

Family seating and group luggage

Other vehicles allow requests for up to 2 car seats plus 2 boosters; Signature Sprinter allows up to 4 car seats plus 2 boosters under SABERLANE’s service policies. Signature Sprinter seats up to 14 passengers including children, plus the driver. Confirm passengers, bags, strollers and seats together: maximum capacities are not a promise that every maximum fits at once.

Stops and a separately planned airport return

Request each stop before reserving. Agreed stops include up to 30 minutes without a time charge, but detours or additional transportation may change the fare. For the return, confirm the hotel entrance or park meeting point, pickup date and pickup time. Allow for collecting bags, road conditions and your airline’s airport-arrival guidance; a flight departure time is not a pickup time.
